I can be called an "anti-Russian government" myself. But there is some difference.
I bet you don't care and don't even know about the problems in Russia that worry me.
Now some questions: I still didn't understand who are that "tree stooges", I don't know French. Why are Putin and Chirac pulling Schroeder's ears? He has a birthday? German is in the middle, why French is at the right and Russian at the left?...
We are enemies with the US? Should we really send some military assistance to the next target for the agression?... So far the only action that was considered "hostile" by American government was the attempt to stop American chicken meat import because it doesn't comply with our sanitary standards. US Department of State was furious about it and threatened to ban Russian steel and other exports to the US.
