I know it might be a waste of resources adding another aircraft to AH1 when you must be busy making AH2 models BUT I really feel that old feeling in AH at the moment.The beginnings of burnout where you havent got anything new to try.

Im not unhappy with AH as it is, Im happy about AH2 and how it sounds and I look forward to it.I am however feeling the need for something new to fly or drive and i worry that waiting until later this year for AH2 is going to be too long to wait.

Would it be an impossible request to ask for maybe one one, or if we truelly blessed

2 aircraft/vehicles between now and the AH2 release? would it be possible to make a small update to tide us over into the new AH2?

if this isnt possible could i just ask for some pics of any new stuff from AH2 to keep the interest going?

I'd rather just a few screenshots every couple of weeks to keep the interest alive than waste time and resources on AHI. A few news bulletins would be nice it just feels like waiting for the unknown.

A Ki-84 would be nice since it would presumably be competative in the MA

I think the main problem isn't lack of updates; I think it's lack of updates to the MA-competative equipment--particularly fighters. We haven't had a top-5 fighter added to AH since the LA7 was added. We haven't had a heavy bomber added since the LANC. The most recent updates have sort of ignored the MA planeset in favor of filling out the historical/event planesets, which causes some stagnation to set in (this is especially bad since there is but one MA, so variety is already limited).

Filling out the historical planeset is fine, but honestly, what is more important--something that'll be used in a scenario maybe 1 or 2 times a year, or something that'll be used thousands of times a week?

Unfortunately with so much of HTC's work being focused on the ToD aspect of AH2, I fear that the MA may continue to be neglected. The term that was used in AW was "maintenance mode", and I wonder if the MA is being treated as such.

speaking from the perspective of the most addicted player in aces high I hope HTC notices,

even I'm getting burned out playing AH... and I thought that was impossible.

hopefully HTC adds in some more uber planes or somthing.

One tiny little update.... make a GV arena and make it the ONLY place you can play Treadheads High.

No GV's in any other arena, no aircraft in the GV arena.

That'd satisfy me for a long time.

Dude, you play more AH in six months than I've played in three years. The amazing thing isn't that you're getting burned out... it's that you didn't burn out a long, long, long time ago.

Thnx for posting this thread guys... I was thinking it was just me being burned out and starting to wonder about the monthly cost (not inconsiderable here in NZ)!

and thats after 3 - 4 years in this and air warrior.

we do need some little upgrade and a Ki-84 would be just the ticket.

Your not alone gents. Even old daddog has a touch of the burnout. It is tough writing events and keeping them new.

I would be quite pleased some screen shots or some new info about AH II, this has been a long wait between updates. I certainly hope they don’t do it again once AH II is out.
