Bailing out should not be something to be learned new every time you sortie. Want to make it more complex? Fine, if it cuts down on the number of 10 year olds that can handle the game then thats a step in the right direction.
Also, visually, the current AH bailout is just plain cheap. Make the visual like IL2, at least.
Even in WBs from 5 years ago the bailout looked tons better than what AH is today.
While Im at it: Engine damage in WBs from from 5 years ago was alot more immersive, with sputtering and gradual engine performance degradation.
Why mention WBs? Because HT did WBs and I would have thought that AH would have at least paralelled WBs in both the above examples. By now.
