I don't have a choice, dark monitor already turned up to max brightness & contrast + video card with gamma turned up already + window next to PC + it's summer = Swoop can't even see the ground until the sun is WELL up.

Night is very 'gamey' and I personally dont usually fly durring it because its just silly....you have 2 types of players....those that log off at night, and those who kick up the gamma and POOF! night becomes day.

There are lots of good things that night could bring, like more safety for buffs, if only it wasnt so easy to kick up the gamma....and of course the neon icons.  I think night would be much better if it were more like under the clouds dark than the pitch black it is now.....till you gamma-riz

Good point Alf.  I guess some people can turn night into day with their hardware, and the icons should be very  dimm.

Who ever said flying at night was easy? I've yet to come over any info that a pilot in WWII expecially liked night. Well actually 1 or 2 but only because of the theory "if i cant see him maybe he wont see me". Night does need some adjusting tho, it is VERY hard to see a target even when he is in icon range.

I also completly agree with adding lights to nearby bases, ive seen alot of ppl die landing at night :D

As of the moment i dont fly at night, i just go afk until the sun shines in again:)
