Informal poll: Killshooter OFF or ON?
« Reply #30 on: June 15, 2003, 04:42:57 PM »
No biggie, but I prefer on.

I'f I'm stupid enough to hit a friendly, then I'd rather take the damage over him.

Although just last week I was in a 262 closing fast on an A-20, medium Gee, turning 6:00 approach.  Just as I fired at 300, another 262 flew between us, perpendicular to our approach path.  I saw a few hits on the A-20, then my windscreen was filled with part of a 262 profile... with hit sprites... then I was in the tower.

Agreed.  I like killshooter to be on.  I remember the fraggers.
And FWIW, I hate night.

Yeah, Yeah I know poll closed but it didn't seem to stop anybody else, so.....

I could really care less on or off but just had an experience with what I'm guessing is a spill over from the TA. This guy is just sitting in a field gun vulching friendlies as they spawn. EVERYONE on both sides is telling this guy to knock it off that this is not the way it works in the CT. His only reply was "well I warned you", "I asked for a fight".

For this reason alone I would say turn it on-but I see the TA is back up, and like I say I could care less-my only point is that it is not only the shoot over your shoulder or move in on your kill dweebs.

Why is it a must that CT must change setup everyweek ? I think it would be more popular if you left good setups like we have up now for a month or so before changing .

It seems I just get into the groove of a setup and it's time to change. I think everyone pretty much knows by now which setups go and which setups blow .

Personally I like having killshooter off and think it should stay that way...was on recieving end of a couple of vulches from team mates (I mean vulches). They werent aimed at me specifically but were a small group apparently in a vulch fest among themselves I got caught up in. Only thing the anoyed me was there attitude....tough watermelon buddy...may need to monitor it if it continues.
