It is probably quite relevant. I heard about the lawsuit 2 months ago. Knowing how long it takes to put together something like this...I would say it is very relevant.

 *IMO also that topic is mighty relevant to his actions today. Although I think WildShill is banking on this long shot I don't think he'll win. His sad history in business has shown he doesn't know what he's doing and as usual he's barking up the wrong tree. He's wasting time and resources on the quick but low yield plan instead of just putting the focus on what works. HTC has shown the way. NewsCorp/EA and iEN have proven what NOT to do.
