Wild Bill looks like a drowning man reaching for that life-preserver just out of reach.

well I dont mean to be rude or anything but ............HTC get yer guns out and start blazing! F*CK these pile of parasites! IeN couldnt programme their way out of a virtual paper bag and they seem to be almost incompitant when it comes to running an online business that had every potential of becoming as successfull as any other online sim.

They screw up and decide to try to take others down with them?

HELL I say go to court, fight the handsomehunked basts and make them pay YOU damages.

I'll sign a petition of customers who will back you up on your superb service HTC. If you want us to all band together and give our veiws as to why IEN are failing whilst your game goes from strentgh to strentgh I will and im sure many others would too.

Customer care/service.   say no more. IEN dont give a sh*t about their customers. and thats why it failed.

HT I can understand why you have a short fuse if you have to deal with ungratefull parasites like IEN.

You know , fellow AHers' we could make a differnce . If this does indeed look like its going to court then we could email IEN support and show them our disgust. We could then threaten to remove all support for any programme IEN are involved with. A flood of angry Emails does work , believe me.

I was part of a huge email campaign to try to get the major coffee companies to change their policies toward the payments of coffee farmers.
The company had so many complaints and threats of boycotting their products that they sat up and listened. Threaten to piss and moan does nothing, threaten to remove MONEY and they fold up like a seaside deckchair. :)

wait for HTC to give the word, in case theres no truth to this roumor but if HTC does say its ok then we can do it.

Clarification

To my knowledge, Wild Bill of Warbirds is not today, nor has he ever been, a member of the Shillelagh Squadron.

Please do not confuse his actions with those of the Shillelagh Squadron.

The only things we steal are enemy bases that have been abandoned and are sitting derelict on the periphery of the main battle front lines, so really, if the bases are just sitting there abandoned, are we truly stealing anything or simply claiming salvage rights?

 And it just gets better!

If you order before midnight the Wild Shill will also toss in a pair of Merlin engines for spares. At nooOOOO extra charge!

 But wait.  That's not all!

For acting NOW he'll throw in a bonified, certainteed lapel pin, for you and each of your fiends, that reads "Hell yeah. I'd buy just about anything from the WildShill! He's the man."  Bravely tell the world just how smart YOU are.

Order today!

*IMO also that topic is mighty relevant to his actions today. Although I think WildShill is banking on this long shot I don't think he'll win. His sad history in business has shown he doesn't know what he's doing and as usual he's barking up the wrong tree. He's wasting time and resources on the quick but low yield plan instead of just putting the focus on what works. HTC has shown the way. NewsCorp/EA and iEN have proven what NOT to do.

that post sort of has all the Ear marks of a company selling off its stock, just to balance the buget and line someones pockets.
(lets see can someone say... martha "bill" stewart ???)
that 1/4 iEN had a profit of 10k ...the next 1/4 they lost 100k and its getting worse...  the current price of iEN is .02 cents per share .
(hmmm looks worthless to me )  when it was around 1.25 awhile back....   i wont say at what time.  but all the peices sort of fit together ... and give me the impression of a sinking ship.

Heh.  Well it will certainly make warbird's players popular where ever they go.

At least the ones who stay after this.

Wanna know how much Ient stock sells for
« Reply #25 on: July 21, 2003, 01:09:54 PM »
As of today it is selling for:
-----------------------------------
Stock Activity
 Last Price 0.02
 52 Week High 0.15
 52 Week Low 0.03
 Volume 900
 Average Daily Volume (13wk) NA
 50 Day Moving Average NA
 200 Day Moving Average NA
 Volatility (beta) NA
----------------------------------

Location of Information on IENT stock.

Kinda hard to make money on a cheap stock like that that doesn't move in the last 200 days. I seriously doubt the validity of someone saying they made $20,000 off a $500 investment with this company.

as the plot thickens... I notice from this link http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1061915/000115752302001447/a4290695.txt
that iEN is also sueing the air force  and I Quote from this form
"On September 24, 2002 the Company filed an administrative claim for patent
infringement before the Air Force pursuant to Title 10 United States Code,
Section 2386 in compliance with 48 CFR Subpart 227.70, Infringement Claims,
Licenses, and Assignments. The Company is the holder of United States Patent no.
6,042,477 - a method of and system for minimizing the effects of time
latency...on interconnected computers. The Company uses its technology to manage
the effects of time latency across the internet for its massively multi-player
flight simulators. The Company believes that the actions of the Air Force
infringe the above named patent. The Company desires to license the above
referenced patent to the Air Force or to be compensated for past infringement."   unquote.

what this looks like to me that ien owns the rights to pat.6,042,477  I dont know if they had eclusive rights,  or what that agreement was w/ HTC, but if ien did not finish paying for the rights to this  then all agreements should be nul and void.

On a personal note , In my personal dealings with HTC (2 1/2 years) I have had nothing but the upmost greatest support from them .
(when my house burnt down and I didnt play in the main i had to unsub ... my wife called them up and explained  , they not only unsubbed me they also refunded my monies from the time i stopped entering the game.  2 months worth )
I would gladly invest into a fund for them ...

I'm not shure Ack Ack .. im not a stock expert .... (i do have a couple of small investments that make a couple of $$ now and then but thats about it)

One thing i did note is that iEN changed their nasdac name last year for some reason . I can only guess what that was about.
