so far she has made an accusation, that makes her an accuser.

maybe the courts will find that she is 'the victim',  they could also find that she decided to cry rape after the fact which would make him her 'victim' .  he is inocent until proven guilty after all.

Oh don't get me wrong I am NO fan of kobe whats his name.
I dont even like basketball dam freaks of nature i think..
His wife should boot his prettythang out on the street.
And as for me calling the girl a hussy i was being dry in humor.
Of course i see her as the VICTIM!!!
And in no way did she asked to be raped.

They showed that picture on CNN earlier today and said that the picture wasn't of the girl in question but rather of another girl from the same town.

Its shocking because the persona we have been led to believe is Kobe' is  one of the few squeeky clean basketball players.

Stories were circulated that he had trouble fitting in with the team because he refused to be the party guy. He is very well educated. Even though he came to the NBA out of High School, he speaks fluent Italian and I think Spanish.

This is shocking for those of us who have followed his career. It seems very un-Kobe-like. Maybe it's not. We shall see.
