er that actually happened to me - woke up with AMAZING chest pains - not amazing in a good way either - phoned the NHS hotline via their internet website - spoke to the Doc on duty there - next thing I know bloody great ambulance pulls up outside my door at 3.00am in the morning.

ECG and battery of blood tests later it's not a heart attack and one shouldn't eat pickled jalapeno's all afternoon without expecting some effect.

They were very nice about it though - phoned for a taxi and sent me home.

And no they didn't ask if I was a taxpayer, had an ID card, wanted to see my passport or my National Insuarance no - they didn't ask if I had insuarance and no one was even vaguely interested in my credit card details.

Carlsberg is piss, which is why Denmark fights so hard to exclude foriegn beer from it's market.
