IRS just sent me a notice that I will be getting a check because of something Bush signed. If it was a flag he signed, so be it. And if he thinks he can buy my vote.............he is absolutely correct!

Could you provide a list of which people in the US have the rights guarenteed in our constitution that many fellow citizens have died protecting?

Just for clarification, is it only veterans?
