My aunt is going to be here that week and weekend, she is dying of terminal cancer, so this may be a last chance to see her.

Funny you talk about mullet. Because I would love to attend the mini-con but, it's the same weekend as out Mullet Festival.

Keep in mind the 1st Annual World War Two Gamers Convention. It started out as the annual Warbirds players CON. But since the game company no longer sponsors the convention, players have decided we need to make it an event for all WWII gamers.

This is not just a “sit-around-the-bar” event, bring your computer, play your favorite games online with others in the same room. Enjoy meeting others you only know by their callsign. They’ll be a tour of the Air Force Armament Museum, Special Operations Airpark, an AC-130 Gunship, and hear our guest speaker, a Doolittle Tokyo Raider, from WWII.

HOTEL DEADLINE

We approaching one of our deadlines.  If you want to get the discounted hotel room rate ($20 off per night), you need to reserve your room by Sept. 25.  
Also there are penalties in our contract with the hotel if we don't use the minimum amount of rooms, which will hurt Mietla and me.
So if you haven't registered, do it soon!  If you have registered, and need instructions on how to reserve rooms at the discounted rate, send me an email:  westcoastminicon@earthlink.net
