I'm with Widewing.
Gotta go with the Spit XII. Only 100 built but what a kite. October 20, 1943 the Spit XII Wing out of Tangmere claimed 9 for nought after using their usual tactics which was to suck the 109s and 190s down to them, turning inside of them and clobbering em.

Awesome picture Ontos. I see that you live in Lexington (I'm in Louisville). Have you ever seen the P51 they keep at Staniford Field (Louisville International Airport)?
