wow my compusa store has more sticks, wheels, pads.. then you can shake a joystick at... my 1st wingman cost 24 bucks there ...

P's, when u install it dont plug it in until it tells ya too . (while using the installer cd) ..

the only thing you will/may have to adjust is the deadband/damping in AH just to get the "Do not move stick to fast" out of it... (and it doesnt take much)

Certainly do like ur CompUSA as it seems to have everything & then some .... that's the way it used 2b 6-10 yrs
ago with a complement of helpful staff in the San Francisco Bay
Area, now it's all chgd 4 the worse

The Bay Area is money greedy w/service being down, rude clerks
& prices high, therefore, if u've found a good item take the best
of cares of it or else it'll cost u. I wasn't able to find ANY joystks
for under $49.99 !

actually i very rarely by anything from compusa... blank cd's and a few softwere programs is about it ... id rather spend money down at my little whole in the wall pc store .(that way i get good free advice and killer deals on things) ... oh yea i forgot how the bay area was .... i havent been down there much since baylands raceway closed...

U r lucky, Roscoroo, there's no hole in the wall, friendly computer
store anywhere here or maybe I just can't find 1, of a certainty they're not listed in the Yellow Pages. Approx 6yrs ago I took my
PC to have more RAM put in @ CompUSA, people were friendly &
helpful then, since then the quality of svc went downhill.

Baylands Raceway? Never heard of it, however, Bay Meadows
Racetrack (Horse-racing track) is open, which I used to visit on
occasion, to augment my income

I used to handicap horse
races on my calculator & play my choices, made a living for 2.6yrs
until my winnings were gone then I got a job & stopped attend-
ing the races

Presently watching the AH films of the experts such as Leviathn & a few others to learn from them & practising my gunnery skills.
Can hardly wait until u have ur own Film Archive so that I'll be able
to obtain more educational films, in the meantime take care

i think it closed in 87-88 we used to race there ,sears point , sac ,reading, pomona, and few others back then.
and really no hole in the wall pc store .... hmmmmm perhaps someone should open one...

We have all kinds of people that play this game. Military fighter pilots, Commericial pilots, business owners, unemployed, veternarians, soldiers, retired, blue collar, white collar, preachers, ect. from Italy, Japan, Korea, Brazil, Norway, Sweden, Britain, Germany, Hong Kong ect.

So it's a diverse bunch.
