Squad size does not matter.
Individual ranks of pilots do not matter.
Diversity of all pilots does not matter.
Think of a squad as a single player, the combined results of all is what counts.
Having players who are inactive does not hurt or help a squad's ranking.
If a squad were to have only one good and very active; fighter pilot, one attack pilot, one bomber pilot and one GV driver, they could be ranked very high, in spite of the fact that their individual overall ranking may be low.
Suppose that one squad has 10 players that each log 10 bomber hours a tour and each get 1 C-47 capture a tour. And suppose that another squad also has 10 players, but only 1 flies bombers, but he logs 100 bomber hours (at about the same expertise as the first squad) and gets 10 captures a tour. The two squads would be ranked the same in bombers. The same can be said for fighters, attack and Gvs.
