SOB hit it dead on. not even in the same class of bike.
I didn't much care for the Borgette bike, it was all right, nice bike and all but they just had racks and racks of parts went along and said "this motor, this tank, this fender" that's production line assembly not chopping. with the exception of the paint I bet you could have any one of their assemblers build the exact same bike with nothing more than a list of part #'s
I can't remember the name but IMO the guy from up north (Mass. I think, andretti red bike, long and low, nice flame job), should have won out Billy Lane. it was a sweet ride and should have won out over a bike that lights your bellybutton on fire (you'd think he'd have seen that coming, my first thought when he mentioned the exaust through the fender was "that's gonna be hot"). although it is amazing what Billy can do with little more than a stick and a rock.
