What is your favorite World War 2 fighter?

RAM,
While I kinda like the idea, here's why not (IMHO):

It would not only be used against the strato dweeb.  It would make the honest bomber pilot's, who just spent 45 minutes climbing to 23,000ft, life alot harder and a lot less fun.  E.g. Why should I bother trying is as soon as I get to the target some "Rocket dweeb" is just gonna zip up to me in a minute and a half and put a bunch of 30mm shells in my belly?

The effort put in by the Bomber pilot in that scenario is in no way matched by the effort put in by the Fighter pilot.

Ah karnaK   sorry forgot to mention...

As perk plane only of course   nobody would waste perk points on a plane that has a fuel load of 5 minutes and then has to glide towards the land...

unless there is a 30K dweeb near the field
The satisfaction you'd get with those kills would be awesome don't you think?

SEriously I think that it is not that bad idea! the 20-25K buffers wont have the problem of the Komet because if you can go and get them with a piston engine plane with no perk points used...whats the point it losing them with a 163?

IMHO because to be a dedicated bomber is quite boring.

Funked if Me163 is promised as perk plane by pyro I promise (its a serious promise) not to squeak again about Buff's gun power and long range hitting...

(of course this doesnt include gyrostabilized guns able to fire in a 3G turn  )

The promise is done. If it comes or is promised to come I'll comply
