Had 5 skins onboard my pony, low on fuel, damaged and close to home. I lined up for a landing and ran out of fuel. My fingers were all over the keyboard trying to glide that baby home. North of the base I noted 5 or 6 countrymen headed north, taking the fight to the enemy. I'm almost down by now, that's when I saw him, a lone N1K dweeb racing south, bypassing the fighters and headed straight for....yup, you guessed it, the lone pony trying to land. I set down hard, bounced, bounced again, brakes on, stick back....almost stopped...check 6's coming in from GV's south....finally stopped...BLAMBLAMBLAMBLAM... and back to the tower I went.

Whats so bad about that you ask? When I set my stick down the handle came off, scratch one CH Combat stick. Superglue saved the day later but I eventually s'canned it.

Gawd I hate UFO's.

howdy again, seems that I might have a word or two to add....First of all SALUTE' to hitec and to his partner in ahhhh and words escape me here

Probation:rofl  Is that ALL you get for NOT behaving here, at this flight sims other place, its nemisis, its dark sister site, you get no "probation", NAY my brother you get banished!!!!!!

And without fair tribunal or hearing , no board of your peers, only ONE man and HIS action to do the deed. With no avenue for appeal, and all of your relatives are banned as well though they having done no wrong.

So cherish your probation, and all who read say thanks to the owners of this fair flight sim for their understanding, and for their attention to the needs of ALL members, not just the few.

Heh,

I lost my Tiger twice in one night.  Both times on the slow roll home from some random Tank Town zooming guy.  The first was with 49 kills, the second was with 42 kills..  lost my panzer earlier with 28 kills..  My mechanic was mad.

HUH? WHAT?? did my ears play a trick or did you say tiger and panzer?? I have tried to no avail to figure out how to make the tanks work for me. And of even more frustration is the added insult of not knowing how or where to go with it.

I pick a field get set up and am told that "flight not enabled at this field" or that "vehicle wont work here" or some such.

O would really LOve to be able to drive tanks effectively in AH since I hve done so in Armored Assault, I have used Panzer G and H, M4A1 and 3,the Russian T34.the M16 and of course the M5.

Help please:o
