Yup...my jaw.

Got it back in myself, but my jaw still clicks when I chew.

Hurt like he11!

I was on the front porch one day... with Max, my 100 lb black lab hunting dog at my side. I had him on a 75ft lanyard.

As he was meandering about the front yard, a neighbor rode by on his bicycle with his huskey in tow... before I could give max a Sit stay he had reached the end of the lanyard at full speed.

The other end was wraped around my right hand....

Max was jerked to a stop, as all my fingers on my right hand, except for my thumb... became anatomically - incorrect.

Not a pretty sight...

Fortunately, I had the wear withall to immediately pull on them and reset them before the swelling began.

Saw the doctor, several X-rays and foturnately no surgery required...

However, my politics have been skewed ever since.

check this out (DO NOT CLICK IF YOU ARE SQUEAMISH!)

David Busst Man utd. Vs. Coventry

Poor guy had to retire.

Quote
"David has now had 17 operations on his damaged leg, and not surprisingly, has been forced to give up the game, although the club stood by David and kept his contract active till the end of this season, even though there was really no hope of him kicking a football again in anger. A testimonial game has been organised for him which will be played this Friday evening (16th May 1997) at Coventry City, against Manchester United, with guest players Paul Gasgoigne, Ally McCoist and Les Ferdinand turning out for Coventry. The game has been fully sold out for a while now, so it should be a good final payout for David to allow him to continue life as best he can, and we all here wish him well."
I am not ashamed to confess that I am ignorant of what I do not know.

My brother and I both tore our left/right (not both) knees playing football.

My ACL tore completely and my right knee bent outwards about 30 degrees.

However, my brother's was far worse.  His left knee bent about 170 degrees to his waist/ribcage.

Both isolated incidents... :(
