Lizard,

That would seem to explain a lot about the election of 2000! ;)

Born and raised in Northern California, watched as Southern California took more and more of our water resources, necessary to sustain area farming, for their bloated expansion.

Current residence is in Alabama, thanks in part to the USAF, about 30 miles south of Lizard, and based on geographical location alone I think that makes him the Yankee and me the pass-the-sweet-tea-and-turn-on-the-game southerner. :D

heh heh heh ya big luftweenie :D

Southerner, and thankful to God for it.  The USAF has placed me in many places, and that has reenforced my thoughts that there is no better place to live than in the soutern USA.

Neither yankee or southern just American. My buddy from Tennessee says I am a yankee but I was born much farther south in the country than he was up there. ;)
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."
