The BBs log your IP address as 1 view no matter how many times you view the thread.That's not correct. If you browse back and forth between pages in the thread it does not change the view count. If browse out and back into a thread, or hit refresh it adds to the view counter.

Test it for yourself. I have. Do it on an inactive thread. Jump in and out of it and watch the views.
[EDIT] It will count as another view if you close your browser, then re-open it and view the thread again.

Put in an IP tracker for admins/mods, track it, and if someone kills the same IP (or an IP equal to that of who's killing) x many times in a row...Main Arenas... warning/score reset... 2nd time, 1 week suspension/score reset for the rest of the tour, 3rd time, perma ban... and, er, score reset :aok

IP addresses. Mine is completely different then yours. My other 2 computers are within 1 number of each other. I assume everyone elses are the same way.

Am I the only one who doesn't give a flying crap who is lame enough to stroke their ego with a score page like this?
There is absolutely no point wasting time on attitudes like this.
The only reason that this sort of score padding matters is for taking control ov CVs and let's face it... Most of the better pilots and therefore the more challenging and interesting fights don't give a hoot about the real estate side of the game anyway.
Let the score padding dorks do their thing. If they're any sort of character they'll soon realise that they're wasting their time and no one cares about their score. I seem to recall a certain score padder who vulched a second account quite obviously and has turned out to be a respectful, contributing member of the AH community. His contribution to scenarios and whatnot are a testament to this particular person's character after being caught out and publicly humiliated.
How about adding an asterisk to the end of their in game name when caught doing this. forfeit all score and zero out all perk points.

I have said before on similar threads let them have two or more accounts the more money they pump in to the game the sooner we get a better product.

that's my fighter score as of today. i only flew 2 hops in fighter mode this tour. i died shooting at b24's on the first one(i got stupid and impatient), and on the second one, i rtb'd without firing a round.

A lot of posters in this thread are missing the main point of that whole shade killing story. With the split scores between arenas it's often not about scores or ranks at all. It's more often just done to get perks quickly and the cheap way. One gamey hour in EW or MW to fly 262's in LW for a day.
im 90% sure they've been banned before, JohnnyRA was killing JR off to the side of baltic once, and i caught on so kept killing JR myself, then trying to kill RA aswell, but everytime i got on his 6..... he all of a sudden got a bad connection... which magicaily fixed itself once he was behind me. Funny that aint it? recorded that a few times, sent it off to HTC and it was "dealt with", and to be honest i never saw them again, untill a few weeks ago.i thought they had been banned also. i had seen them when i started 3 yrs ago, hadnt seen them for at least 2 yrs, they came back and someone in my squad at the time said they had been banned.
