What I call the Flatliner, a three course meal:
Appetizer:
Half a kilo of extra spicy cheese fries with real blue-cheese marinade
Main Course:
Two kilos of juicy, slow roasted pulled pork on a bed of crispy, salted, peppered, and slightly dry (to soak up oil) fries mixed with strips of real, untrimmed bacon.
Dessert:
A one kilogram chocolate cake, covered with: fudge, moose, caramel, lightly salted almond bits, creamy peanut butter and chocolate ice-cream
It's the joy that kills.

Burgers and Fries
That place is amazing!
-
I'm special. McDonalds, large dry, large vanilla milk shake and 2 hamburgers with only ketchup on them.
-
I eat 4 BK whoppers w/ 2 medium icees
-
LOVE the Hardee's Thickburger, although there's not a Hardee's close enough for me to hit unless I happen to be near one already, so my usual poison has been the McDonald's Double Quarter and large fries.
However I'm trying to start eating better and cut the fast food. If I do have to, I'm now downsizing to a regular QP and medium fries.
Also always loved Jack in the Box tacos, or a sack of Belly Bombers from White Castles.

A nice BLT with fresh creamy avacado, a thick-cut tomato, crisp lettuce, toasted white bread, and light mayo.

In-n-Out > everything else.
Anyone on the west coast will agree.

No In-And-Out here.
WE do have Five guys. They are new to the area. I tried them once. They were pretty good, but paying $12 for a cheeseburger and fries isn't exactly my cup of tea. They were good, but not $12 worth of good.
There is a single restaurant here called the Big Bear Grill and they make THE BEST BURGER I've ever had. Hands down. A close second is at a place called the 54th Street Grill. I am a bit of a purist when it comes to a burger. Don't get me wrong, I like stuff on it.. you know the usual.. lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle. I'm not a big fan of sauces as I like to actually enjoy the taste of the beef, cheese, and bacon rather than have it masked in some kind of ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce and (dare I mention it?) MAYO... but I do like a bit of sauce every once in a while... but this whole LOADED DOWN thing going on with burgers to me is flat out wrong. A burger wasn't meant to have all kinds of crud piled on to it... but everyone is entitled to their opinion of course, so if you like that sort of thing then more power to you.
Yes I'll admit it.. I'm a fast food junkie. As a kid we had little more than fast food to eat and surprisingly enough none of us turned out obese or unhealthy. OK I have recently put on a bit of a 'gut' but I blame a lot of this on being out of work, and from quitting smoking 19 months ago. I'm still far from obese though. 5'10/230lbs... I've actually lost about 10 months the last month or so.
There is a Mexican restaurant right down the street from my house, and they have a "Philly Cheesesteak Burrito" that is TO DIE FOR! Just melt-in-your-mouth awesomeness!

Where I live it is like 5 Dollars for a Bacon Cheeseburger at Five Guys and like a buck for fries and a buck for a drink. They sweet thing is when you go to Five Guys the cup they use to put the fries in is not all you get the whole paper bag is also filed with their great fries. Five Guys fixins are these Mayo, Relish, Onions, Lettuce, Pickles, Tomatoes, Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms, Ketchup, Mustard, Jalapeno Peppers, Green Peppers, A.1.® Steak Sauce, Bar-B-Q Sauce, Hot Sauce. I always get the highlighted ones.
-
AKA pork rinds?
Not the kind you buy in the store. Fresh, with hunks of fatty meat on them.
-
Tried the Five Guys burger (twice, just to make sure i liked it :D) Had the Bacon and Cheese HOLY COW!! It was awesome :aok
-
I love Five Guys...there is one down the street from our place in Miami. Last time we were there my wife claimed she had a bad burger and was quite ill a little while after eating there. Later that night she mentioned that she had eaten a cookie on a plate in the kitchen....I had found the cookies in the back of a cupboard and they were white with mold, having been there since the previous owners moved out. She thought it was frosting. LOL Poor Five Guys were blamed by exonerated.
