Bear you guys took advantage of a good set-up. I look down on your operation sorry but I do. Just as you guys would if we did the same thing. Fighting 109s vs P-40s is bad enough. The P-40B actually seams to be more acuratley modeled with the P-36 so this is a good match-up considering the historical setting. Everything the axis has will outrun the allied fighters. If this were an allied historical map and the allies had the edge (which they do at times) you guys will and do whine. As a matter of fact, if it had been allies taking advantage Brady would of had a heart attack trying to correct it. This for the first time ever...he ignored what was against his intentions.

This is a great historical map but lets keep it in France. P-40s earn every kill they land. They cant climb, run or turn. No where to hide.

If we are going to fight in England then lets enable the spits and call it the BoB.

Magee,

I guess Brady got tired of your bellyaching and reset the map.
You always, and I mean always, complain the allies have the disadvantage. Been awhile since you flew axis I guess. P40's been catching me with no problem. And when did 303's hit harder than a 20MM? Try flying one and see for yourself. It took two 109's expending all cannon and half the machine guns to kill  an A20. No wonder so many guys are dogfighting in an A20. If we were dogfighting in 88"s you'd have a hissyfit. We just accept we usually don't have the plane selection or the numbers the allies have. Try to be a little more objective before you start your whine fest.

Like I said it is fun for squads to reach. I am sure those guys had fun taking bases in England. The downside is it tends to thin the skies with multiple fronts. Beyond that I don’t really worry about it. ;) It bothers some and others don’t care. In a week it will be different. Life goes on. :)

The M's
Panzer IV

Germans:

109E-4
110C-4
JU-87
JU-88
C47
The M's
Panzer IV

Come again? ROFL

I will just say for the record I couldnt give a tinkers crap about base capture. Go capture all the bases you want. The CT isnt about that. To me its a non issue. Fly there and have fun, capture, dont capture, furball, dont furball, fly alone, fly with 10 mates, fly bombers, or dont.
