The trumpeter kit can be built with the wings in either position. There is one hanging from the ceiling of the hobby shop I go to.Looks to be a real nice kit. There is also a 38 hanging there and that looks just as impressive. Thanks for having a look at my spit.

Does the Trump 1/32 F4U let you put the wings up or down? I thought I read a review once that said you could only build it folded.

I am going to have to get that P-38... it sounds like an awesome kit.

I love 1/32 scale

Sweet, thanks for the info!

I wish my kits came out looking half as good as yours. I like the wheels up look. Never really liked building them with the wheels down personaly.

LoL!!!!I have to print this out.The guys at the Hobby Store always give me hell for doing them wheels up.I always tell them a plane is meant to be in flight not sitting on the groundI finaly got a few mounted on a pole and base and that kinda shut them up a bitThe big problem for me is finding Pilots to stick in the cockpit. For some reason they like to make kits without a pilot figure. So I end up begging my friends who dont use them to give them to Pipzy. Thanks for the compliment GTO.It just takes practise. You will get better as ya go along. If ya need any tips help or what have ya feel free to PM me.More on the way!

LOL yep same reasons too, airplanes should look like they are flying, not like some car model. (plus when I was young I could never get the planes to sit level) ;)
