I may be wrong, but Aces High is an asymmetrical, non-zero-sum game. So for example, the gaming reward for a player in a country with a big numbers advantage would be higher (using a multiple base takes strategy and winning the war) than a player with a low head count (getting pummeled while trying a defense strategy, maybe slowing the inevitable, but ultimately losing the war). ENY is an attempt to take some of the asymmetry out of the game. It lowers the gaming reward for high number country players (by making it a little bit more of PIA for them by forcing them into early war crates), and increases the gaming reward for low number country players (letting them fly perked rides for less points, or farm more perk points than normal). I don't see how that's such a bad thing, Skully. How's that for an open discussion.
