ahhhhhhh Tabasco..... let me count the ways.
I have one bottle at work, and at home I have regular, chipole', and habanero..... I also have Tabasco soy sauce.
I use it on damn near everything.... I love it!
I use Chipole' on breakfast food and popcorn, I use the soy sauce on oriental food, habanero on messican food, and regular on cajun food, pastas, grilling, and everything else.

Chinese hot chili oil is what I use mostly but when cooking out I can't resist some BBQ'd corn on the cob drenched in Franks Hot Sauce. The taste of the combination of starch from the corn and acid from the sauce is wonderful!

Yes, I've got a bottle of Tabasco and one of Maggi in my desk drawer too. Tabasco is fanstastic with pasta, and Maggi is a dream on burgers.

I read somewhere that chilli is addictive, because when you eat it, your body releases endorphins to counteract the pain.

That 'source' stuff that SOB posted ought be banned under the Geneva convention or should only be used to pour on the genitals of child molesters.

the pain....the pain...

Hot Sauces should be their own food group.

I have been addicted to Louisana Hot Sauce and Crystal's for the last 10 years.  Both outstanding mix of heat and flavor.  Recently moved to Frank's Red Hot Sauce.   Same heat as the other two but 5 times the flavor.

Their website has a bunch of great recipes.

Supposedly this sauce was the secret ingredient for the original Buffalo Wings.
