Really though, when we start wondering if it take balls to state an opinion about a video game, it makes me wonder if we're not taking ourselves a bit too seriously.

N8dog, didn't you say you were outta here like 3 posts ago? Why are you still here then?
I don't know what world you've been living in, but we've been constantly upgrading AH. For the past year we've been working to make a major upgrade to the game. You can't seriously expect us to keep upgrading the old version while trying to make AH2. Take a look at the credits on the clipboard in AH. There are only 7 people in this office, and despite your inflated imaginary sums, no one here is driving a Rolls Royce.
As far as customer service goes, I challenge you to find a game company that will go out of it's way so much for it's customers. How could you have been with us for 3+ years and not see that? Moreover, when you show so much disrespect and abusive behavior towards us, how can you possibly expect to get respect in return?

It is wrong because a line like that is total BS. Thats somthing a PR type who realy dosn't care would say. Think of it this way, I could cut and paist that statement for every complaint ever made. Does it realy show any more concern about customers?

I view it this way, you have to consider all customer concerners. You don't always have to put up with a customers bad behavior.

And was wondering does Kidd = Fidd?

I went back and read the thread that Sik linked to.

You know whats different?

Pretty much the same idea's put across as to how to make AH better. BUt with one glaring difference.

There was no "Whaaa, your all idiots! "take my $14.95 and stick it!" "I Have hairy B**ls!" "You have no B**ls".

It was a discussion of ideas and the merits and cons of the ideas.

In fact, I would go so far as to say that it was downright Civil.

Look how far we have come in 2 years.

If I was HT, I WOULD make another arena. I would enable only the spitfire. I would skin it as the "Malibu Barbie Spit."
Anyone who becomes a "problem child" would be forced to fly in only that arena, and wear a dunce cap.
I would call it the DC. "Day Care"

IN all seriousness though. How did we get here?

I'm still playing even though I now know the staff IS completely retarded. At work i listen to customers cuss and b#tch and moan all the time, and unless they make physical threats, we never tell them to let the door hit their ass. BTW, http://www.targetware.net/. Beta, now. God you guys are so screwed when that comes out, it is absolutely aweosme. Also, support staff, completely awesome. Woo AH2 better be some piece of work. And how in the world can targetware get their graphics so awesome and still run on my little computer while i can't even have full vision and clutter on in this game. I guess its in the coding. Oh well. Ill still see you in the skies, until something better comes along, and it is
