I don't know what world you've been living in, but we've been constantly upgrading AH.  For the past year we've been working to make a major upgrade to the game.  You can't seriously expect us to keep upgrading the old version while trying to make AH2.  Take a look at the credits on the clipboard in AH.  There are only 7 people in this office, and despite your inflated imaginary sums, no one here is driving a Rolls Royce.
As far as customer service goes, I challenge you to find a game company that will go out of it's way so much for it's customers.  How could you have been with us for 3+ years and not see that?  Moreover, when you show so much disrespect and abusive behavior towards us, how can you possibly expect to get respect in return?

 What he said !

Rarely have I ever dealt with a company that I could call for a minor technical problem on a Saturday afternoon and:

A. Have the owner himself answer the phone.

B. Have the problem resolved correctly on the first call.

C. Receive a personal reprimand for constanly cursing :p

Keep up the good work HTC!

Hitech,

I dont believe Kidd and Fidd to be one in the same.    It certainly doesnt sound like him.

In case you dont know Fidd,  He is very British.   He is a very fine Gentlemen and Host.   During a trip to the UK he was good enough to have us stay at his home,  sight unseen.  He is a upright and level guy.   I would have a hard time believing he would or could be this Kidd.

BTW,   Im very satistfied with HTC and the direction it presses forward in   :)

I am laughing so hard I am crying.

Have you downloaded targetware?  LMFAO!  It is a piece of crap that won't even run without crashing to desktop on my $6000 workstation LOL!

Why don't you give the open source targetware guys your $15 and see if they return a phone call or email on a Saturday?

Also, dipwad, the customer is not always 'right'.   Just because one crybaby tard gets shot down is no reason to kiss your ass.   God knows I have had my fair share of complaints over the years, but you have to admit there is not another MMO game that plays as smoothly as this one.  ESPECIALLY not a flight sim game.

You ever log on when the server was down?  Probably not since I have never seen it happen.  Try playing some other MMO game and see how often their infrastructure goes down.

You ever get help on a weekend from the EA's of the world?  Nope, they send you to some sorryass outsourced contractor in India if you call.

You ever had a problem and the tech support guy emails you back THAT DAY with a fix?  That's customer service.

Nope, I am sorry my friend, if you have been here three years and are crying about getting shot down, maybe you need to make your own sorryass open source 'game' and see if you would take $15 a month to be insulted by every dweebtard that has a bad day.

And Kidd, why don't you STFU and play the game for a few weeks instead of trolling the forums.  When you get off your two week trial, THEN come back and express your opinion.

When I read the complaint about HT's customer service I thought it was a troll.  I've never dealt w/ a company that is so aggressive in how it deals w/ customers.  On more than one occasion Skuzzy has taken the time to have a lengthy conversation with me, via email and phone, about assorted subjects.  When my credit card expired, I called to change it and Dale answered the phone... the damned owner!  I was back in the game by the time the phone call ended.  Want bad customer service?  try to change your calling plan w/ Sprint.  If anyone thinks HTC gives anything but excellent customer service, they are sadly misled.
AH isn't a perfect game, but it's a great one!

While I dont share the two knuckleheads veiws, I will say that I am alittle peved about that AH2 will be released 3rd Q 2003 stuff... I would have liked to know that it wouldnt be released till 3rd Q 2004. I think an over sight in product projection like a year would have been known about last summer. I think a posting informing the paying about the hickup would have been nice. Insted of waiting untill the day after the deadline to announce work has just begun.
Other than that I have no problems with AH, I have made a few phone calls to HT, and had lengthy convos with Skuzzy, to correct some billing errors and credit card problems (cards got lost over the summer, had to change my billing info) I was back online with in mins. So while there bedside mannor may not be what you like, atleast they dont pretend to care...

Ok now lets take that 22,400 and multiply it by a year= $269,100 WOW!!! And for the $269,000 what have we gotten? A little bug infested POS AH2 that isnt going to be ready for at LEAST another 6 months to a year. Ever heard of the term reinvesting your money? Well to me HTC hasnt reinvested a gawd damn thing. They treat people like a number and thats a fact. If I would have made my suggestion back when they only were making $500 a month or so I bet they would have bent over backwards but now that they are making big $$$ they could give a rip about the customers. Anyone who thinks this is a quality company is an idiot. A quality company is one who strives to please its customers, strives to improve its product. The only thing that has been improved around here is the Map that fester built himself, if it wasnt for Fester we would have the same sim that we had $269,000 ago. Doesnt seem like progress to me, it seems like amoney wave that HTC is going to ride until it crashes on the shore. Well I hope I have started in a small way for that wave to crash, because all I can do to voice my opinion is to cancel my membership. VOTE CAST..............ROCK THE VOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All your post shows is that you know absolutely nothing about running a game development company, let alone an online game.

As for what has HT given us this past year?  A great place to come and meet friends and shoot them down.

As someone that works in the same industry as HT, I take off my hat to what he and the rest of the HTC team has done with with AH.  My company can learn a few things from these guys.

Dale and crew

And how in the world can targetware get their graphics so awesome and still run on my little computer while i can't even have full vision and clutter on in this game. I guess its in the coding. Oh well. Ill still see you in the skies, until something better comes along, and it is :). And I lol at all the brownnosers and their expectations of just rewards.

Does that mean we're not going to have you around to be our little target drone?  That sucks because I need all the easy kills that I can get.
