I love this "conclusion" I hope no country will try to reveal this highly classified information. Apparently its a hypersonic missile that can maneuver  between space and the atmosphere. The russians sais its ready for mass production and that its not very expencive to build. It was made to counter the expencive "sheild" and experts in the west sais that it will indeed make the shield useless when the new missile becomes operational.
