Not your general public on the floor, just the hard core Liberals on the floor. Very sad indictment of the Liberal party.
The country is very polarized as the article says. Between those who love the US and those who hate it: Hillary, Ronstadt, Moore, and most core Democrates.

I disagree. Most Democrats love America.  Its the liberals that hate what we stand for.

Cross what line?

A line is a limit, it is a value judgement.  Its an imposition of your own values, your own views...

How sad.

Better than just ok, entertainers aren't the only citizens allowed to express their opinions and I'm pleased those in attendance expressed such passion. There's hope for us yet. Viva Las Vegas!

Destroying property because your upset is wrong.

Having said that, freedom of speech is so the government can't persecute you.It has absolutely nothing to do with what an employer may or may not allow an employee to say.

If someone praised Donald Rhumsfeld and got booed off the stage and kicked out of the hotel then most of the people here would not be cheering.  I myself think people paid to sing for the night should sing for the night. If its some activist your paying to see you know what your going to get.

Exactly.  Anyone that hasn't learned from the mistakes of the Dixie Chicks deserves what they get.  Remember when Richard Gere rambled on about Tibet when he was supposed to be presenting an award a few years back?  Why do these entertainers think we care about their political opinions?

Rip, you might want to consider diversifying your sources.  I've seen you cite WorldNetDaily now in a variety of different threads from quoting Michael Moore to showing the idiocy of Linda Ronstadt to providing images of little children reenacting the Berg beheading.

Anybody with a desire for unbiased news can plainly see that this does not provide it.  What would you say if someone started linking to stories from some socialist rag and quoting it as unbiased fact?
