As far as the employer firing her, if you hire an "entertainer" and her "performance" inspires the customers to protest en masse, you are justified in firing the "entertainer" regardless of the content of the performance.  Results.

destroying property is never correct but... it is a very mild case in this example... Tear down posters that are now useless anyway?

still it is wrong.

Now, the booing and walking out... that is exactly the correct way to deal with your displeasure...   Booing is a way to give immediate feedback and is not near as bad as annoying thousands of people with your empty headed political views.

The album, "Home" was the #2 on the Billboard country charts in 2003. Only Shania Twain did better in that genre.
