After listening to that.  I have to say, I wish they both fell off a cliff, that was the worse debate I have seen.  I think kerry did a little better.  But all it was was 2 guys making speaches,  Not a debate

Nash, you're pretty pathetic with the Kerry worship...

My score is 6 - 4 Bush wins...

Kerry just did not answer enough of the questions at hand, the reason it is close, is simple. Bush is not that good speaking in public...

I have to admit I laughed when Kerry bashed Bush's unilateral sanctions on Iran and Bush responded with "that was the previous administration".

Yeah . He ruled all right.

I have a plan for Iraq.
I have a plan for Iran.
I have a plan for North Korea.
blah, blah, blah , blah....etc.

Anyone can get up and say I have a plan.

Bush has a plan too and his is working.

30 days to election and I doubt we'll ever hear any details of Kerrys wonderful plans.

You guys who are claiming Kerry dodged gobs of questions and Bush didn't either have the candidates mixed up, watched a different debate or are smaking crack.  Take your pick.

I think I just threw up in my mouth a little...

Kerry did better than I thought he would but the

Pass the Global test was a BIG gaff.

If Bush was a better speaker, Kerry would have decimated.

In all, I think this debate worked in Kerry's favor by a small margin but not enough to save his candidacy.

I don't think the next 2 debates will carry much weight. I would wager 75% of those watching this one tuned out after 30 mins, and I know the next 2 will not get nearly as much viewership.

Looks to me like if you were a strong supporter of one or the other you believe that your man won the debate. Can't wait to see what the media comes up with on this.
