limburger and onions on a sammich is good. So are pickeled herring and pick knuckles. :cool:

Oh man! How could ya possibly forget about  heaven in a can.
Grab some "dines" and a big ole hunk of rat cheese and ya all set for some serious dining. Use a superb belly washer such as
a high quality wine like Boone`s Farm and your in high cotton. :D

Ooooops..forgot to mention ya also have to have a hand full of saltines to compliment the taste.

I suppose you are thinking of Chorizo or Lomo embuchado ?

I agree it don't compare as it's not the same kind of product, preparation is completly different.
