Updated the links and also for the throttle I invert the axis so you pull back on the control for full throttle, makes the buttons easier to access when the stick is back most of the time

Started using SNO's setup, has improved my accuracy in shot in the extreme. No more slow speed bouncing around, turning is much better, not to mention just more control over the aircraft in general. Should be a sticky of this setup somewhere.
