I'm actually a Hawks fan. I was in Seattle when Zorn was qb and went to several games at the Kingdome. I think Hasselbeck is great, but he put a big monkey on his back.

If Dallas can just get some consistancy in their offensive line I'd love to see them play the Seahawks for the NFC title.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

Go Bears

Pittsburgh and Vikes? Two more teams I really enjoy watching, but deep inside, not EVEN past the first round, if they make it at all.

Flozell Adams going out for the season cost them big time. Their depth chart is not deep enough to make up for the loss.

On a  different note, I wonder if using Terence Newman was just a trick or if they have any plans of going Deion with him.  He is pretty fast and he knows how to catch the ball.

Largent was of course excellent, and has a good political philisophy as well, but I think Zorn to Herrera was a 50% touchdown ratio.  (IIRC they tryed it again, with less sucess... IIRC incorrectly, the touchdown ratio was 100%)

That kind of play only works like once every 10 years...wasn't it against Atlanta? My memory is not good these days.

Here are some old clips of the "Glory Days":

I don't think a white guy will ever break as many records as a WR as Largeant did.

Being a 30 year NYG fan.  I am very pleased how Eli is coming about, although the last 2 weeks he has been off.  Who knows perhaps a Manning Manning superbowl?

Way to go Archie on not shooting blanks!!!!

What difference does skin color make to an athlete holding or breaking records?  Why is skin color even mentioned...why not I don't think a WR will break as many records as Largeant did.  Afterall, isn't the athletic achievement the noteworthy item?

I don't understand why people can't just enjoy the records for what they are.....an extraordinary achievement of athletic ability.
