Remember that Ditech commercial where they are in the office and plops down this stack of paper for them to sign that would make WAR & Peace or sayyyyyy the phone book look like quick reading?

Some states require a lawyer some dont. either way,
Use a Lawyer. Let him read it. Well worth the expence.

That commercial makes me laugh now.  I was reading the "good faith estimate" and these people try and charge you for everything.

What I think is criminal is when they charge you $60 twice for courior fees between the lender and the broker when both are located in the same buidling.

Why didnt you just go to a bank where the lender and broker are one in the same?
