For the life of me I couldn't remember any of those snide glib remarks about the air force when I met Ammo at the con.

And Raub looks like a platoon sgt., a testament to the army's pt program.

Like I said before, you could spot the guys who were still on active duty from across the room.

BTW. this thread reminds me of a jerky boys call.

I just did 65 sit ups in 1 minute on a bet. Didn't hurt a bit and I could have done 30 more easily.

Mind you ,I count by 5's.

I think it depends on yer body weight.
I mean if you weigh 150lbs and bench 308 thats purty danged good in my book.
Me on the other hand even when I weighed 275lbs was very lucky to push up 350lbs pretty lame.

I am also lucky to have man boobs so I dont need to do a bunch of chest work:O

I weight 350 and can almost lift the bar, is that good?
