yeah I will map z to my stick.

Along the same lines, I can turn IR off by presing F9 which I think will be a good idea for taking the shot but I cannot find a way in game to map F9 to my controller.

Will tweak some.

FESS I came from FA2.5 and your gonna love this when u get the hang of it IMO .

I shoot pretty good now .

I set my guns to 300 and don't shoot till 200d shows up , do the same till you find a better way for you and u will be fine .

Yep I don't use the ch software , no need to here . I do have 4 sticksetps , one figher
two gv's
three bombers
four all the trims used , I use this when my plane is shot up and rtb'ing from base

You can set trackIR to turn on and off with a button press on you joystick . It's on you trackIR software , I sent mine back but I did have that working as I remember .

great post nomak!! especially since i will be looking for a new stick soon---
i noticed you had the klipsch speaker set-up---i have the same set-up.
awesome speakers!!! haven,t heard a better set yet!! i have the 4.1 set.
anyway , i hope you enjoy yours as much as i enjoy mine!!---
