Until someone other than Bill Cosby actually condemns their race from using the word then kramer, or anyone for that matter should be able to say it all they wan't...Maybe I went a little far there, but the double standard is ridiculous.  Walk around the streets of New Haven CT for 15 minutes and you will hear blacks saying to other blacks "yo n*gga, what up n*gga" 15 times!  It is out of control.
