This is a tired old argument. While it is certainly true that at a lower price we will have a larger player base and it will certainly allow those of lesser means play, I fail to see any direct relation to it having a large negative impact on the comunity. I think that a higher price does not equal a good comunity...I mean...look at AOL...the highest price ISP in the US.
1) I've played online sims since before most people even knew they existed. To the best of my recolection, I started out paying $6/hour + my regular internet fee which was $45/month for 40 hours. We had jerks at that insane price too.
2) Dont we already have complete bozos now (as in before this price change)?
3) In my professional carreer, I have found that there is absolutly no direct corelation between wealth and being a pleasant person, in fact it is often quite the opposit.
