I know a couple of guys, who are brothers, who live in Hawaii.  They are about my size.  a little shorter and a little heavier.  I'm not huge by any means,..  6'2", 250. Tell ya what, get a permission slip from your parents and I'll send them over to your house. I'll let you pick which one knocks you out via crushing your cheekbone in one blow.

Do I need parental permission? God knows they aint going to give it to me. So, what say we do it without that? One hit. To the face. If they do any real damage, I will concede that I am wrong on that. What island?

Why did I take two blind side punches and still remember? When was the last time you've heard of a guy getting punched in the cheeck and forgetting things? Now, if they had aimed for my stomach, I have no doubt I would have dropped with the first punch, but again, he is stupid enough to punch SOLID BONE. Any idiot knows better than that!

Oh, and by the way. I've provided pictures of the damages to support my claim. Can you offer ANY evidence whatsoever that this is a lie? Didn't think so. So be prepared to provide proof before you make these claims.
I'm sorry.   I'm 34, and if "your gut tells you something is askew", you should listen to it.   I took 20+ punches to the face my senior year of HS in 1991.     When I came to, he had two split lips, cuts on both cheeks and a left eye shiner.   I had a couple of light bruises on my right cheek.   Yer preaching to the choir on this Serenity.    The kid was taunting and swearing at an Arabic kid that barely spoke English (he was actually a nice kid and was in 3 of my classes) and did not understand what the dolt was saying.   This went on for a couple of weeks and I had enough.

If I'm walking alone at the age of 34 and someone stranger just happens to want a "handshake".    Um, red flags are going up.    You got sucker punched, bone or not.

Ouch, 20+ to the face? Okay, that WILL hurt, lol.

Yeah, red flags were up, but as I said, I was raised differently. For the most part, the people out here are REALLY friendly. Its nothing like the mainland. Just about everyone out here is related somehow, and if someone comes up and starts a friendly conversation, and shakes your hand saying "Have a good night", you return the handshake. Up until the sucker-punch (Yeah, I know I got sucker punched) they were real polite, so I saw no reason to be the impolite one and refuse it. Now, I still had the red flags in my head, but until they justified it, I thought I might as well. I was wrong, and it was stupid to shake his hand, but at the time it seemed perfectly logical.

While my friends are a little on the zany side, I doubt they'd consent to knock you on your arse without a safety net.  :aok

Although, if they read this thread and see what a goob you are, they might change their mind. I'll see what I can do.  :)

I must tell you, were you to give me this opportunity, I'd not take you up on it.  I would not want to prove my point badly enough to cause such potentially serious harm to another.

This is quite possibly the most ignorant post that I have EVER seen on the BBS.   There are some doosies, but this one takes it.

I'm no Med student.    But, using the cranium sometimes has an advantage.   But you are off of your rocker if you think the "zygoma" will not break (either the guy was "big, but a pansy" or he glanced it).   It helps hold your eyeball in the socket.    You need to shelve the bravado Serenity.   My prediction, you haven't learned a thing from this past encounter.

If you think you are "impressing" us, you are incorrect.   Most of us are older, and were involved in worse situations.

post a copy of the police report on here might help put the critics to sleep

Like I said, until this goes to trial, (Which it won't, because they really didnt bother looking for the guys) the police won't release the report.

And mac, you just crossed the line. Say anything you want about me, but leave my girlfriend out of it. If you had an ounce of maturity in you you would keep this to the subject at hand. But you dont. Honestly, theres nothing I can do over the internet, but if you ever make a comment like that to my face, you'd better hope you've got some mace yourself.

I'm not trying to impress you. I'm just saying, I have NEVER been hurt by a blow to the face. So either they just arent punching hard enough, or theyre hitting the wrong spot or something, but ive never been hurt by it.

Police will release a copy of a report to a victim, even a juvenile. They routinely release them to the press just with the ID blacked out. The basic info is still visible regarding the basics of the situation other than the ID of the juvie. The parents of the juvie can get a copy as well since they are the guardians of the victim. Basic simple procedure.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

I'm not trying at all, to brag about that fight.   I stuck up for someone who was oblivious of the situation and the "ignorantee" paid in spades for it.   The Principal lightened my Suspension when other student's stood up and approached him at what had been happening.

I hope you have enough Common Sense to NOT do this again.   Yer 15, you think you know everything, but you don't.   We were all that age once.

In the future, if it's dark, and the same situation appears.    1.) Get yer exit avenue noted.   2.) maintain distance while being friendly.   3.) don't shake hands with someone you don't know, with little public around.   By giving him your hand, you are now on the defensive for as long as he sees fit.    My uncle taught me some Aikido when I was younger and I have used in the past.   I haven't been in a fight since that one.   Only time I would ever now, is if my family's life/friend depended on it.
