I seriously think you haven't bothered to read anything here. You simply think you're the best and there's none besides. Go take a dip in magma then let us know how immortal you are.

2. edit your posts, don't make another one after the last one

3. your idea will ruin the purtiy of the game

4. we don't want to fly with hacks and punks

how'd I do?

Uhm... If a wing can touch the water in AH at 200 MPH and the plane smashes the water, wouldn't the same thing happen with the velocity of two planes hitting each other traveling the same speed?

Considering that if you both collide traveling the same speed of say 200 MPH, you hit with a velocity of 400 MPH. In that case, even if wingtips touched, at least half the wing would be snapped off and your plane would be thrown to the side. The stress on the aircraft would probably be enough to cause more damage on other parts of the plane when you're suddenly thrown to the side.

So I agree with Lusche, a mid-air collision would result in the demise of both pilots.

I'm going to work now, but when I get back I'll post some pics of aircraft that have survived mid air collisions.

Post the p-38 that flew HEAD-LONG into the halifax, TOOK THE FIN OFF and wedged it into its leading edge outboard of one engine, and still managed to fly home and land safely.

I believe the halifax may have landed safely, too.

Oh how about the TBM almost broken in half with the tail bent upwards, missing part of a wing, and it still made it back to the fleet for a safe ditch & recovery.

Or how about countless B-17s missing almost entire vertical stabs, a P-47 missing one entire horizontal stab (ripped off at the vertical fin through and through) and many many other examples.
