I grew up in Africa. It amazes me how people that call themselves African-Americans, know so little about Africa. You should go to Africa and call a Berber black and see what happens. dos equis.. I have no trouble talking to anyone and saying what I want.. I don't talk to gangs in their natural environment for any reason tho if I can help it.

Lone negros are no tougher than lone rednecks or lone bikers or lone longshoremen or lone marines or lone accountants for that matter.

Would that mean that people of Irish descent, who were born in this country, should not call themselves Irish-Americans, because they were not born in Ireland, or because both parents are not full blooded 1st generation immigrants?

If so, St. Patty's Day is going to be very different.

Are all Muslims living in this country, maybe even born here, terrorists to you? Is somebody a terrorist because they are muslim?

Does that make all christians terrorists too? After all, Timothy McVeigh was a devout Christian.

Are you an American citizen? If so, imo you are an American, not an African-American unless you have dual citizenship in Morocco. Then it would be more accurate to say your are a Morrocan-American, or maybe an American-Moroccan.

This whole Mexican-American, African-American, Japanese-American etc etc etc garbage is one of the silliest things of the whole PC movement imo. If you are a citizen of the USA, you are an American period.

My grandparents on both sides came over from Czchekoslovakia, yet I don't consider myself a Czchek-American, I am simply an American and proud to be one.
