Tanks are full of bugs

ive shot Tanks 20 times point blank and they smile at me. just had it happen again. whats going on here?
this is for all Tanks...ive had it happen with every GV in the game. can ya fill me in Skuzz?

Your aim sucks?

Seriously, it depends alot on where you are hitting them. If you think something if flaky film it and send it to Skuzzy. There is a lot of info in the films that we don't have access to and they can tell exactly what happened.

The same thing has happened to me and other people in my squad. Often times I will be in a sherman and I will hit a panzer in the turret and nothing happens. Then I hit him 1-3 more times and nothing happens. Then he swings his turret around and kills me in 1 shot. This has happened to me at least 5 times over the past 2 months, and i don't GV alot. I'll get a film of it one of these days.....

Recently I have had problems killing ww's while in a tiger. Can turret a ww in one hit,sometimes it takes 2, but often killing them takes 3-4 hits.  That's not right, is it?

well IIRC killing Wirbles and Osti's is different because they have that thin turret...basically the AP round goes right through it. You have to hit them in the butt or front to actually kill them, from my experience.

I have noticed that hitting the front end of anything absorbs rounds, it shows as a small dot of a sprite, happens when turrets are hit also ...for me that is. Now I go for the sides and bellybutton end. for an example, is was in a tiger, shooting at a T34, 15 rounds to the front end (AP) then got killed. Upped another found T34 killed it, waited for his return, 1 shot centre of tank on the tracks ...dead.

If you are seeing a small sprite when the round hits the enemy GV it probably ricocheted off and did not cause any damage to the enemy GV.

Bipolar, if you want, I can take you to the TA and show you how to aim in a GV.

Or maybe you can check your flux capacitor.  Sometimes that get's lose and will screw up your aim.

I hate it when bugs get in my tank. Just make sure your bug spray has plenty of deet for those pesky mosquitoes.
