While I understand vulching, and it's appeal (being an unabashed vulching fiend in a previous life). To me the frustration comes from the idea that if I'm parked near someones field I would rather let the other guy up and get a little alt and speed so he/she at least has a fighting chance. To me that is much more interesting for both parties involved, it's a chance for fun both for the fella with the advantage and the person who just took off, yet it's the exception in the arena than the rule.
Of course I'm essentially a furballer at heart, to me the dogfight is the most interesting, dynamic part of gameplay. Someone who is more interested in taking the field would want the vulch, it suppresses the defenders and doesn't render the field useless after the capture. I do have to concede that I'd rather deal with vulchers than waves of bombers leveling everything in sight.
