Arkansas will be the best offense the Gators have faced all year but probably not good enough.

So they both have one loss.  Both of them at home.

LSU's loss is to the #1 undefeated team.

Ohio St.'s Loss is to a 1 loss USC.

Correction, USC was undfeated when they played OSU.

I don't need to be corrected.

OSU lost to USC led by a frosh QB.  USC lost to a team that LSU beat.

LSU lost to last years national champion...this years undefeated #1 Florida. Their QB has two national championships and 1 Heisman.

LSU is ranked below OSU.  OSU is overrated and has lost their last 3 BCS bowl games.  One of those games was to LSU in the Championship in which they were the #1 team and favored to win and got embarrassed for the 2nd year in a row.

You wanted to get technical.  I'm game.

That freshman QB did not do sh*t to beat OSU.  It was McKight that pull it off at the end.
And OSU past bowl losses has no barrings on their ranking this year.  The only game that they should have won the national championship was against Flordia.  They slip right into the National Championship against LSU because 8 other teams a head of them kept loosing.  Which puts OSU back to number one.  They where never favor to win that game.

No. 3 USC trailing at The Horseshoe: as frosh QB "Troy Wonder", Matt Barkley leads a game-winning drive in an 18-15 victory over No. 8 Ohio 4 weeks ago

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Two games into his college football career, 19-year-old quarterback Matt Barkley already has a place in Southern California lore.

Three seasons into his USC career, Joe McKnight (FSY) can now claim a spot with the great runners at Tailback U.

The freshman phenom and the shifty tailback made big play after big play, and Stafon Johnson (FSY) capped one of the great drives in USC’s storied history with a 2-yard touchdown run with 1:05 left to give the third-ranked Trojans an 18-15 victory against No. 8 Ohio State on Saturday night.

USC frosh stuns BuckeyesUSC 18, Ohio St. 1By LENN ROBBINS

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- It is known simply as "The Drive," and try as they might no Ohio football fan can ever spit out the bile of John Elway's heroics in the 1987 AFC title game when the Broncos beat the Browns.
USC quarterback Matt Barkley has drawn comparisons to Elway. He wears No. 7. He has blond hair and a winning smile. And now he has a drive that Ohio State football fans will bitterly chew on for years to come.
Trailing 15-10 with 7 minutes 15 seconds left, his ears assaulted by the roar of an Ohio Stadium crowd of 106,033, -- many of whom were screaming, "Go back to high school!" -- and his body battered by Buckeye defenders, Barkley drove the Trojans 86 yards in 6:10 before handing off to Stafon Johnson for a two-yard touchdown run with 1:05 left.

"Yeah, it reminded me of Elway's drive," USC athletic director Mike Garrett told The Post. "We only had two drives the whole game but that one. . .

Yes, that one.

It started with Barkley stepping into the huddle with the Ohio State student section behind him and 86 yards in front.  "He just grinned and said, 'Let's do what we came here to do,' " USC center Kristofer O'Dowd said.

Barkley celebrated his 19th birthday Tuesday night. But through three and a half quarters last night, he was baptized in the blood, sweat and tears of big time college football.

"The fans kept yelling at him to go back to high school," said O'Dowd.

"Nothing he does anymore amazes me because I know him now," said Carroll. "He's tough. He's amazing."

They had the Trojans pinned at their 14 with 7:10 between redemption and despair

The Buckeyes (1-1), who struggled to beat Navy 31-27 last week, have the Big Ten title to play for. But the Trojans (2-0) once again are legitimate BCS championship contenders. This was their 12th straight win.

Most "fans" only "see what they want to see".   Come on now, you should have already known this.

But yes, a Freshman QB beat the "sh*t" out of OSU.

Gee, i thought you would get really technical, but i guess you only do it by quoting media.  Ok, so you say that Barkley beat the s!it out of OSU.  Let look at his stats:
CMP    ATT    YDS    CMP%    LNG    TD    INT    RAT    ATT    YDS    AVG    LNG    TD
San Jose State   W 56-3    15    19    233    78.9    44    1    0    199.32    3    -5    -1.7    1    0
Ohio State           W 18-15    15    31    195    48.4    26    0    1    94.77    7    8    1.1    6    0
Washington           L 16-13    Did Not Play or did not accumulate any stats.
Washington State   W 27-6    13    22    247    59.1    57    2    0    183.40    2    -2    -1.0    5    0
California           W 30-3    20    35    283    57.1    56    0    1    119.35    3    -6    -2.0    1    0

Yea, i really do not see big number that even show that he beat OSU. You must be still watch the game against SJS.

The big #'s are 84 yards and over 6 minutes.

That's how long the freshman QB's game winning drive was at Overrated St. University.

Keep ignoring it if it helps you in some way.

84 yards in 6 mins.  WOW, any QB can do 84 yards in 6 mins.  Why are you so focus in the last few mins where there are 48 min in a game, which Barkley did not do s@it.

Barkley didnt really do anything. All he did was give the ball to the running back and the RB did the rest of the work. Barkley just gets cred because hes a freshman. Big deal.

Still do not see where he beat OSU.  The stats of the whole game say it all, not 6 mins of the game.  Like i said before and Plazus said, Barkly did not do anything.  It was McKight and Johnson that finally pull their head out of their bellybutton to make plays.
