Cats don't like anything citrus.  Oranges, lime, etc.. just rub the juices of citru fruit on the cords and they will leave it alone.
Really? Will have to keep that one in mind.

Get a good herding dog.  My German Shepard used to keep the wifes old cat pinned on the coffee table for hours, was good fun  :lol

Replace its food with Science Diet-Kitten formula. The cat will get so fat that it will never want to do major strenuous effort. That is, if you want to pay $2 per pound.

Quick, someone dig up hangtimes cat threads! Sorry to hear that though, really sucks. My cat is almost to damn lazy to use the cat box, much less chew on stuff.

This little tid bit wont keep it from gnawing on things, but it sure gets the dang cat hauling arse toward the sound of the shaking bag..

I call it "kitty crack" I forget exactly what its called, but all it is is hard cat treats in a bag.

That may solve his cat problem, but you might want to suggest how he will solve the fire ant problem that will occur.    :D

Get about ten to 20 high level ibuprofen... 800 mg caplets will do it.

Grind them up and mix with kitty's favorite fare.

Kitty will die.  Ensure Kitty is not examined by vet as you WILL be blamed and possibly prosecuted dependent on where you live.
