Same thing up here in the bay area.. If you're anywhere South of downtown San Francisco, you better be talking to Oakland Center and get flight following.. Lots of airspace regs and airliner traffic around here! Luckily, I do most of my flying in the North Bay so all I gotta worry about is all the C-17's buzzing around at Travis..
