Has anyone else heard of doing this, when you have fish that's frozen you thaw it in milk, just put them frozen in a bowl of milk the night before & let it thaw in the fridge, it takes that fishy taste out of the fish, I've done it the last few times I've made Halibut and it's made it taste really good. Once to see if the milk was making it taste better I didn't thaw it in the milk and it definitely wasn't as good, so I thought I'd share this with other people who like eating fish.
