do you work for the I.R.S.? or the FBI? if you did all that because someone switched sides you are officially a NERD!

You don't need to be in the FBI when someone's idiot enough to get their shade and their main character screwed up when typing, and then admits on open channel in front of gods and men to violating the Terms of Service on a massive level...

Shrug, or maybe that does pass for in depth investigation.

Wait a minute....
After being told by numerous people who must have hearing difficulty that I sound like Dallas and him hearing similar comments.  I logged in as him for a sortie and tried to pass myself off as someone I wasn't.  Was this a violation of the TOS?  It did prove our point that we don't sound like each other because it didn't fool anybody.

so you have vDALLAS's login info and PW so most likey he has your's, how many other squaddies share login info and accounts?  complete cheesy gameplay if that's the case it is TOS violation. just makes a person wonder how many more people practice the log into my squaddies account to fly as them. no wonder so few do the KOTH or any other 1v1 tourneys.

OK - so we all know spying is lame.  There is no solution for it - people lame enough to switch sides to spy will probably be lame enough to sign up a freebie account to spy if their names start showing up in lights.

Yes...  we switched sides, jumped into the Japanese carriers and sailed them straight to Midway so we could sink them.   :rofl

Quoting, just because never before on this issue has so much been said with so few words.  Thank you, sir.

In my honest opinion, I think we should reserve the right until HTC creates something that will prevent hiding of CVS. I know many of us have switched sides out of frustration, and guess where we find them? IN ANOTHER %&#*(% ARENA!!!  :bhead

I don't understand why it's such a big deal if someone hides a CV. Does that just totally ruin your night? Game over man...they hid one CV!  :headscratch:

If they want to be lame, then let them...don't start exploiting the game yourself to defeat their exploits...

Just my personal take on it  :salute

Yes, that's what I think occasionally, but it's too rampant to let it just waft by you know. If they had a chance I bet they're hide about 8/9 CVS. I kind of know who was doing it, because when I shot him down he pmed me, and said "Jeez, you DMs are going to get beat by the (anon squad), and you're going to be sad because we (anon country) are hiding your CV.".

Everybody knows somebody that PMS you when you shoot him/her down.
Not pointing any fingers...   :aok

so what?  arrange things so ports aren't taken and cv's lost.

all this sounds to me like, "waaaaa, they're winning; waaaaa we're getting beat.   htc make them stop!!!

I don't think it's cheating but I will call it both good strategy and poor sportsmanship.
If I had a gun with 3 bullets and I was locked in a room with Bin Laden, Hitler, Saddam and Zipp...  I would shoot Zipp 3 times.

I think its fun trying to find a hidden CV. Kinda like a real world mission so to speak. get a couple guys together and go on a scouting mission. It's really exciting when you find it.
Theyll only give you one chance, Better get it right first time. And the game youre playing

Fun to up a 262 to go find it using a faster than average aeroplane and plenty of fuel too.  :aok

Obviously you've never flown a 262 within 25 miles of a CV...  They're ack magnets at 500mph, not sure if there's more ack to cover greater distance at that speed, or if the lead is just more on at high speeds the way the equation for autoack works... but if I near a CV above 3k in a 262 it's instant smokage, if not bloody cockpit before I even realize I'm taking puffy.   :cry
