You really believe that?  I wish someone would film such an incident where someone switched sides to do that.  Never seen it in all my years.  I must be doing something wrong!

we havent seen a guy that is in a country that has no fights either.

I would be on the against 12 hr ...basically due to lack of enticement for me sometimes...I was never a big side switcher but when things are quiet on my main side and the green dar out ways the the red ( inadvertantly the chess piece I was given my very first day)I do like to change... since the change I think I have changed once to fight the higher numbers but I wasn't planning on meeting up with any of the others I fly with later....Which is another reason I am against the 12 hour...if we do change usless we (guys I fly with) change at the same time the large amount of time between the changes is difficult to sync up with others...if you only do a few hours per day that is...

it all goes round and round and some weeks there is absolutely no reason to change as there are big red dars on both fronts and I can keep myself occupied for hours...but as of the past week I pretty much run a couple of sorties and log .... I consider changing but then think ...meh....

but this is usually in a very quiet game time so it is a problem that is more pronounced due to lower numbers and limited gameplay...especially on the bigger maps
Pretty much exactly what I would have said considering we are both on around the same time of day. 12 hour side switch really hurts off hours people because if there is nothing but a bish/nit fight when I log on I don't want to join in for fear of missing out on flying with my rook squaddies when they log in.
No thank you Turkish, I'm sweet enough.

An unofficial check of numbers at random times over the last few days surprised me.  I found the sides to be within 10 to 15 % of each other.   I fly as a member of the 113th Lucky Strikes which has always flown as Knights that’s 10 + years as Knights.  We never change sides and I have had a situation where I could not find someone to engage in a dog fight with, never.  Perhaps the 12 hours rule is working fine, just as is. Perhaps it has accomplished what HiTech set out to do.  I remember when switching was limited to a week or was that two weeks at a time.

For every player who at the drop of a hat likes to switch sides to offset unbalanced gameplay, there's one who likes to do the same thing for the purpose of carpet bombing in lancs some mission forming up on the runway.

Let me guess.  You are a politician or in law enforcement, right?

What about the spies?....the spies......... :bhead

Honestly, people could find out nmy cv's ect pretty easily.  A shorter time limit should offset people who hide CV's.  1 hour ok.

Maybe they were stuck on knight side?
That would be the logical explanation but that doesn't fit the posturing, desperate for attention agenda he's got going on.

Well, your definition of "fight" may be where you're getting tripped up.

I learned last night that semp only engages in "fights he expects to win".  Must explain why he was avoiding the low ridin K4 in all even numbered situations.  :P

FACT: semp is a picker :)

Semp said he wanted facts in this thread. I already provided a fact, and you have backed it up with more facts.

Now that semp has his facts, I think its safe to say that the 12 hour rule should be changed back to 1 hour.

Um, and one works and the other doesn't and doesn't happen.

That doesn't mean 2-dozen players still don't try to every night.   :aok

How would that even work? Been here 11 years and have yet to see or hear of the mission busting Lancs ruining someone's day.
